😃 Quick recipe while others are steeping. I am waiting on Bittersweet Chocolate Extra for a darker, less sweet version of this. I wanted a darker chocolate, unsweetened type flavor to accompany the Tiramisu, for my personal tastes. The Australian Chocolate is rich, smooth and delicious with a slightly nutty profile, almost hazelnutty, and quite delicious. Bittersweet Chocolate Extra is a dark flavored, slightly nutty, bitter chocolate that would more accurately represent the powdered cocoa on top of a Tiramisu dish, and it has slightly floral notes, but not imposing.
