Shaner's excellent Cafe Du Paris with the addition of FA Blood Orange. The blood orange is a perfect compliment to the Catalan Cream, gin and anise and really takes this mix up a level imo!

I prefer it with FA Vanilla Custard but straight FA Custard works just fine.
