A sweet, sugar-glazed raspberry donut!!!

Zeppola (FA) for the fried, doughy element. Cake (Yellow) (FW) for a little extra cakiness.

Berryl (Raspberry) (FA) and Raspberry (Sweet) (TPA) create the perfect jelly filling, IMO.

Meringue (FA) adds to the sugary glaze that we all love.

Acetyl Pyrazine 5% (TPA) just gives the bakery a little more OOMPH.

Tasty on the shake; better as always after a week...

5stars easily! Super delicious recipe. I‘ve adapted this into a rhubarb/raspberry/custard cream donut.
It‘s one of the best donut recipes i‘ve ever had!
