INWA Pineapple is a bit lacking so added FA Pear to give it some additional top notes and LA to bend it into a baked version.
NC at a low % to give the cake a slight crumb and lemon peel note assisting with the Pineapple too. YC is used at a fairly strong % for the majority of the light/creamy cake.
To mimic the caramelized sugar/fruit and adjacent cake, I used the obvious choice of BS and added a very light touch of Z which IMHO is very heavey leaning fried "crust" flavor with little dough/bread notes. In all it's still a WIP as I'm not crazy about my INWA Pineapple, so a substitution could be warranted. Mostly because of my heavey hand with YC this is a steeper to allow it's slight chemical notes to subside.
