Notes

In the "Suggest a Flavour for my Recipe" on r/DIY e_juice, Mixologist 1D1O-T suggested I try this recipe out.

All the creams used in this recipe are deliberately light vanilla creams that give a silky smooth mouthfeel. Sometimes the pallete needs a break from the dark vanilla creams of this world (Holy Vanilla etc). Also Vienna and Bavarian creams can be too harsh when you're simply not in the mood. If you dislike peppery or harsh strawberry creams, you'll absolutely adore this mellow velvety mix It's a soft, subtle, light velvet strawberry vanilla cream.

JF Strawberry Sweet and FA Red Touch make up a bright bold strawberry that after a week, blends into the cream giving a slight toffee note.

By sheer coincidence, the strawberry cream in this recipe tastes exactly like the strawberry on a pocky stick. Hence the name, Strawberry Pocky Cream.

This recipe ticks all the boxes so get stuck in and indulge!

Wait until it steeps Mark. After a week the strawberry softens blends in beautifully. Somebody said the flavour remined them of those pocky strawberry sticks. Maybe add Graham Cracker, inw biscuit and Meringue for the biscuit stick of the pocky?

I have maybe 10mls left of it, it’s a very nice light and smooth SB cream, I’ll try adding those flavors to my next batch. They seem like they could fit in very well with this recipe. I can see this being one of my ADV, thanks again :)

Cheers Mark. I think you're right: a 2 week steep really brings out the best in the recipe.
