Buttered biscuits with strawberry rhubarb jam.
Tastes good right away. The biscuit is light and the rhubarb is bright and strong. Over about a week of steeping the butter "melts" into the biscuit, the biscuit becomes more prominent, and the rhubarb blends down into strawberry rhubarb jam. I haven't noticed a big difference in flavor past 1-2 weeks of steeping, and it has stayed fairly consistent for a month.
