Similar to a Bahamas mama I make. Is the passion fruit from TW on the butter side ? Seems like FW's is a teeny tine bit and for that it seems I really only get to use it at small % s.

I've only tried TW's Passion Fruit but it definitely has bitter edges, not a massive fan of it on it's own even at small %s but i find it goes well with softer and sweeter flavours.
