7/7 - The sweet rasp adds a bit of sour note to it. Considering adding fresh cream back into the mix. With sweet rasp, drag probably should be decreased, maybe 6%.

7/15 - best Dragon Milk yet. The rasp adds a slight sour note. Meringue is good at 2%. Consider using ripe straw
