This is the closest I've come to recreating Midas Cinnamon Chill and it's pretty spot on. Menthol was made in 100% PG with menthol crystals at 10% dilution.
**VERY IMPORTANT**
Get the Ethyl Alcohol Cinnamon Red Hots flavor and NOT the PG based version. The PG based version tastes horrible and it makes the juice milky looking.
