Just whipped this up 12/7, late night/early am.
Wanted to try something with these Coconuts without any fruit, so i searched the googles for Coconut Marshmallow and found a cool recipe to base this on.
SnV is good, tastes like the real dessert treat, not at all weird tasting. This will need a good steep to fully develop and see if it needs tweaking, but it's pretty tasty fresh off the scale. Nice Caramel and Coconut notes.

30 days: Almost right. A little more bite and a little less sweet than desired. Decrased both Coconuts from 1.5 to 1%, added Brown Sugar at .75 for more sweetness and depth, added Cashew for extra nut. Added Cookie Dough just to see what it does.
