It looks like a lot of custard, but 4.5% is just exactly where I like Caps Van Cust.

The hazelnut brings a nice earthiness to the recipe. It doesn't overwhelm but brings a nice smidge of nuttiness to the front end

Personally, I also add .75% of Flavors Express Cheesecake. I really like what it adds to the recipe. I don't put it in the public recipe, because most people don't have it. Before you ask; No. another cheesecake won't work.
