Shake and let sit overnight with lid off. (Better yet, add all the flavors together and let them sit for a week with lid on with no base added) A week later add the VG, shake it like crazy and let steep 3 weeks)

This one is a pain in the neck to make with all the Ingredients, measuring and wait time but worth it. The tobacco flavor is more like a flavor note than the taste of actual tobacco in this one.
