Very nice recipe. IMHO it should be getting more positive feedback than it has.

I made up a 30ml sample and substituted TPA Caramel Candy with FW Caramel Candy at the same percentage. When I tried it on the 7th day and it was perfect. Before it ran out I could tell it was getting tastier and creamier as it aged more. I've got 120ml steeping now and will try to wait 14 days this time.

By the way, if you changed "V 2" in the recipe's name to v2 (lower case V and no space between V and 2) it would fit on 1 line, and look better.
