A full-flavoured clone of Dinner Lady's Lemon Tart. Unlike most other clones the lemon is right (FE Lemon), as is the pastry note (basically a ton of biscuit and A/P - don't knock it, it works.)

I know it's cheating to use an LMP concentrate but it's a good place to start - you can sub CAP for FW. You should also be able to sub the creams and meringue without noticing much difference. It's the lemon and the A/P that are critical.
