This is really really good. I like Bronuts, and this, as a shake-n-vape, is definitely a boston-cream filled chocolate doughnut. However, after a couple days I felt it lost some of that doughnut aspect and I couldn't quite place the flavor...until I ate one of the kids chocolate pudding cups. Seriously, this to me is chocolate pudding, and I love it. :)
When I got bronuts I had just ordered some Bav cream, and I knew that's exactly what it needed. I threw some in (It was an alright batch) and decided to see if anyone else did the same, i ended up stumbling on your reddit comment and have used that as my go to recipe. I personally use this but .4 Yellow cake, thanks for perfecting this so I didnt have to!
I'm new to Vaping and ordered the stuff to make this. It was my first time mixing, i thought it was awful. Figured I must be doing something wrong. I had Vape Crafter send me off a batch, tasted the same. While I confirmed my first mixing experience was a success ( YAY!). I love Donuts and ordered a bunch so I could make my own (without trying it) lesson learned, Both my sample and Vape Craft mix of this tasted very very plain. I prefer sweet tasting Ejuices i'm learning, this wasn't a good fit for me. Thanks for posting it, was interesting to try.
@Bradster I am sorry to hear. If you would like to sweeten your existing batches you can always add some EM to the batch. It is surprising to hear that with the amount of Yellow Cake you didn't find it sweet.
Thanks Salmiery, with all the raves about it and amount of people I would enjoy it. Your version is slightly better then the original, I disliked the original more. I made that first, then this version. Both taste like a diet version, no sugar. I can taste a bit of biscuit and once a while a little bit of cake. The Chocolate Glazed donut flavoring is what makes it undesirable. I mixed it stand alone and identified that being the thing that gives it a diet off flavor. I enjoyed the heck of out Strawberry's a and cream, along with e-liquid-recipes.com/recipe/214154/Apple+Butter+Oatmeal+Cookie+by+%255BENYAWREKLAW%255D
I ordered and used the same brands for the mixing. I am pretty new still to vaping. Perhaps I had the wattage up to high. Just Saturday I wasn't enjoying a couple flavors and realized the issue was it was just too hot. I played with the wattage and found 60watt seems to be a good place. I'm going to revisit this, plus it had time to Steep. Can you tell I don't want to give up on this? lol.
If I still don't find it to taste I'll use your recommendations and document along the way to find the right mixture, I love donuts, I really want this to work.
@Bradster - so I vape it anywhere from 70 to 80 watts on dual 8 wrapped coils at around .20 Ohms.... not sure if that helps.
You might note that a lot of people have been complaining about the Chocolate Glazed doughnut (on reddit and such) and it seems like some bad batches were coming out. I think I lucked out and got a good batch.
Salmiery you nailed it, I looked it up and someone described perfectly what it tastes like, tastes like play doh. I'm going to order it from a different manufacturer and try it. I'm going to place a order in about 2 weeks. I ordered a bunch of small batches from Vape craft to see if I like them. From there I'll order all the flavors I need to make the ones I like. On that list I'll order that as well and touch base with ya in a month or so when I juice it up and let you know.
Great news! In my previous post I noted I ordered a small stock of the stuff. I opened up another bottle and noticed it smelled very different compared to the first one I opened that was bad. So I made a 30mil batch of the stuff. Amazing good! It was infact a bad batch of Choc Glazed by CAP. Using the other bottle this stuff is great! Thanks for the note about people complaining about bad batches, that certainly was the issue in my case! Great receipt
I like it alot was okay after 10 days and very good after 19 days (didn't try in between) now I'd like it to taste a touch stronger how should I make it happen?
