Great sweet and smooth tobacco flavour. The French Pipe pairs really well with RY4D. Might want to consider adding 0.5-0.8% Flue Cured Tobacco (INW) for a little extra zap on the flavour. It might not be spot on yet, but its damn close, I should know, it was my one and only ADV for 3 years (Nautilus Mega MTL @ 13W). The usual suspects (Graham Cracker and Acetyl Pyrazine) are optional for density and throat hit. Tastes pretty good after a weeks steep, but tobaccos always seem smoother after 3+ weeks. Enjoy!!!!!
Update: Added 0.6% Flue Cured (INW) because the recipe needs it. Also dropped the french pipe 0.5%
This Liqua recipe was originally called French Pipe but Liqua changed their packaging and branding of all there E-Juice's and renamed it to Dark Tobacco. The recipe was not supposed to change except for the PG/VG ratio........I'm still on the fence about whether or not it really tastes exactly the same.......
I think you can mix anything up without nicotine. I mix this at 18mg and that much nic will definitely have an influence on the flavour. If you take the nic away it won't taste the same but might still be good to vape.
oh ok thanks-
i asked cause ive tried the original french pipe by liqua with 6mg and loved it. wanred to lnow if nic change the flavours or the experience in anyway since im relatively new to vaping.
Hey thanks for the recipe, I used to be a great fan of French pipe, but I don't have Flue Cured Tobacco (INW), what flavour can replace it from TPA or FA?
I can't really think of any thing that could replace Flue Cured Tobacco (INW). It's only really there for the extra bite. Maybe a bit of Cotton Candy? or maybe just mix without it
