There are two things that may help. You can try using this Concentrate at half the recommended percentage. Or you may find the Grape (SC) from RealFlavors does not suit your palate.
I personally have found Cactus (INW) to have a off putting hand sanitizer aftertaste. Although many truly enjoy Cactus as a add in to recipes. It disagrees with me. Taste is subjective and one mans passion is another mans poison. Good Luck & Good Mixing 👍
