PS:
Top Secret Trick: I stir my juice with a Dremel at 35,000 RPM until it looks all cloudy, then shake it a tiny bit and "voila!" I use one of those screw shaped bits that hold the polishing wheels, wrapped with a bit of wire to create turbulence.
