Wow, I absolutely love this recipe! Just mixed some up and tried it out after a hot bath; It's my new favorite vape. (I did replace the strawberry with TFA Wild Blueberries though.) I can't wait to taste after it steeps.
Thanks for sharing!
#2 by HarrySmooth, Oct 28. 2015, 16:02
Well Thank you very Much!!!! I think I will try the Blueberry as well!!!! Thanks for the Idea!!!!
OH, I DID make one I call "Blue Unicorn" which I adapted from "Cutwood_spy's" Version of Unicorn Milk, where I removed the Strawberry and added Blueberry....Im still steeping but suspect it is gonna be KILLER!!!! Try it and lemme know!!!

I love this recipe thanks for sharing !!!!!!
#14 by RavenHairDoll, Jan 21. 2016, 12:16
Amazing recipe, I subbed 10% Blueberry Wild-TPA for the strawberry... Also added 0.5% EM... Thanks for sharing and I highly recommend.
#15 by HarrySmooth, Jan 21. 2016, 14:05
Thank you Raven!!!! Very nice of you to say!!!!!!!
#16 by martnargh, Feb 13. 2016, 04:33
Tried with sweet strawberry and then did it with sweet tangerine and its equally amazing. Sweet tangerine i lowered to 7% and added 1% fa orange to it.
#17 by bdubd90, Feb 15. 2016, 22:41
Really nice.
Shake and vape.
Steep 4 days👌
#18 by JokiJuice, Feb 17. 2016, 06:12
How different is this from the Unicorn Milk clone? I want to try it seeing as I have the flavors but if it's really similar to the UM clone Im not sure if its worth it.
#19 by skengman, Feb 17. 2016, 12:51
Totally worth it, JokiJuice. This is more of a strawberry cheesecake and the UM clone is more of a strawberries and cream. Despite the same percentage of strawberry used, it's a little more in the background in this juice.
#20 by JokiJuice, Feb 18. 2016, 13:01
Sweet, thank you skengman I'll give it a try!
#21 by R00DLE, Feb 21. 2016, 23:33
Agree skengman I think the graham cracker in the UM clone mutes the strawberry a little.
#22 by Dave Camz, Mar 9. 2016, 22:00
well Harry ive waited 26 days dripped tonight in the RH and its very good, next test is what tank to try it in first, Golaith, RDTA, Crius or the Griffin. 5***** from me mate....
#23 by WhiteRaven, Mar 10. 2016, 04:47
Hey Harry! Do you think cap sweet cream is much different from tpa sweet cr.?
#24 by HarrySmooth, Mar 10. 2016, 13:38
Yes it is Seeker...Its Quite Different.......
#25 by JokiJuice, Mar 14. 2016, 06:23
Hey, finally got around to giving this a try. I see how this is more of a sb cheesecake flavor as compared to the unicorn milk clone, oh and by the way it blows it out of the water. Thanks Harry, delicious.
#26 by HarrySmooth, Mar 14. 2016, 13:29
Thanks Joki.....
#27 by WhiteRaven, Mar 14. 2016, 15:30
Thanks for this recipe Harry!!!! :))
#28 by HarrySmooth, Mar 14. 2016, 16:53
Your Quite Welcome Seeker!!!!! Enjoy!!
#29 by WhiteRaven, Mar 14. 2016, 20:07
Harry, you've made ever anything interesting with Flavorah?
#30 by HarrySmooth, Mar 14. 2016, 20:18
No I haven't Seeker.....never used Flavorah.....Primarily Capella, TFA and OOO.....I have Wholesale accounts with all of them
#31 by Daytonaaa, Mar 16. 2016, 01:33
I just wanna say, I threw this juice in a crock pot for almost exactly 9 hours while I slept the night I mixed it up and then let it steep with the dripper slightly screwed onto an ultraviolet bottle in a dark little dvd cabinet in my closet near a vent for 1 weeks and the strawberry flavor comes out a little stronger than just closed bottle steeping for 4 days. One thing I did to stir it up each day was I took a coffee stirrer , cut it in the middle at the bottom about 2mm, fanned out the cut end and threw it in a Dremel and stirred on the highest speed for a minute. I did that once a day in the mornings when I woke up for 4 days. It makes the juice literally look like milk there are so many bubbles but that ensures you get it extremely mixed. Hope this helps everyone.
#32 by DanHank, Mar 24. 2016, 23:41
Heat degrades flavor and nicotine. There are no short cuts or methods for hurrying up the process or they wouldn't have wine cellars and we wouldnt hAve the phrase it gets bether with age.. It has to mature, no matter what you do it will never taste as good as shaking, capping and sitting in the dark for 2 weeks up to 30 days. This is not a hobby for the impatient. We don't need to lead new diy people to thinking they can do all of these processes to weaken the outcome. If you want the best results possible. Shake it, cap it, forget out it 2 weeks plus.
#33 by WookiesGal, Apr 5. 2016, 05:07
Harry, my hubby did the b.u.m. mix (blueberry unicorn). We both love it. Uber smooth yum. I'm mixing a batch of your beard 5v2 now. Looking forward to it. I keep thing there will be an end to how many times smooth milk can be made but then I get schooled. Thank you!
#34 by HarrySmooth, Apr 5. 2016, 14:38
Your quite welcome Wookie!!!! Thanks for the kind words!!!!
#35 by JokiJuice, Apr 10. 2016, 09:53
I'm having an issue.. for the first few weeks this juice was absolutely amazing. I made a single 30ml and have been vaping it over the past month and today after dripping it on new cotton, it has become almost unvapeable, like really bad which is really confusing. I dont know what could have done it. About a week after I made that single 30ml I made 120ml more and those are all good, but this one that is a week older is no good. It's almost like all the other flavors got muted out and all that's left is the cheesecake, but not in a good way, almost like the flavor went rancid.

The newer 120ml have all been steeping in a cool dark place, the older 30ml bottle was shake and vape and has since been being vaped over the past month just sitting on my desk.
#36 by JokiJuice, Apr 10. 2016, 09:55
It's been about 2 days since I vaped it last and it's a night and day difference. 2 days ago it was great, today it was unvapeable.
#37 by Trump, Apr 12. 2016, 16:43
I'm not getting much flavor off of this at all....
#38 by HarrySmooth, Apr 12. 2016, 17:50
Very Strange joki..... I've never had that problem, I keep 500ml bottles at my shop which we dispense into 30,60, &120ml bottles for customers and it is a HUGE seller Consistantly!
I just make it in 500ml units, shake it vigorously in a Pneumatic Paint Can Shaker for about 5-7 mins, and steep it in a dark room at 75° For 2 weeks, shake it once more in the Paint Can Shaker for 5mins and it goes to the Shop to be sold!
I don't know what caused your issue but it's something you have done different OR the use of different Products.... I just don't know, but if you made it "To The Letter" from my Recipe I just don't see how you could have gone wrong Bro!
#39 by HarrySmooth, Apr 12. 2016, 17:51
Are you using ANY Substitutions in the Ingrediants Joki?
#40 by JokiJuice, Apr 12. 2016, 21:22
No substitutions, it's really weird.
#41 by HarrySmooth, Apr 12. 2016, 22:05
It REALLY is Joki!
Like I said, I have 500ml Bottles of the Stuff, ALL Nic Levels (well, 0-12) and some of them sit for 3 or 4 Months before refilling, and it just keeps selling & Selling....no Problems whatsoever! Hmmmmm I'm gonna think on this one for awhile.....Maybe one of the Really Advanced Guys like Darth Vapor or someone will jump in with a possible solution! Hang in there Jo!!!!!!
#42 by HarrySmooth, Apr 12. 2016, 22:08
This is also really good substituting Blueberry for the Strawberry Joki.....maybe try that and see what happens!!!
Oh, are all of your Flavoring Concentrates "Fresh" and not "Out of Date"...or otherwise Spoiled or anything like that?? That will certainly do it!!! I had some Bavarian Cream not long ago that looked like it had "Curdled" like Cottabge Cheese or something! It was GROSS!!!! And Smelled like Shit! ....just a thought!
#43 by VLC, Apr 14. 2016, 04:59
Much respect to this recipe.
This is way too strong for a 50/50 not only that the aroma % is way too high. I altered the recipe by following 75/25/1mg

Butter Cream(used TPA vanilla custard instead) 1.5%
New York Cheesecake 4%
Sweet Cream (CAP) 2%

Sweet Strawberry 2%
Strawberry Ripe 1%
Organic Strawberry 1%
Strawberry Sisha 1%

Vanilla Custard v1 2%

75/25/14%aroma/1mg nikotin.

This is still strong even though it taste good.
#44 by JokiJuice, Apr 14. 2016, 10:06
Its hard to say if it was the concentrates, because I used all my concentrates making a bunch of this. Personally even though I had just ordered the flavors, I honestly think the concentrates were the problem. I got them from Wizard Labs, and recently have been avoiding them like the plague because of their inferior products I.E.: Nicotine, as well as their insanely long shipping time. It seriously would not even come close to surprising me if their concentrates were old or contaminated.

Oh and I just realized I did change one thing on the recipe, the ones I made were all 70/30, not 50/50. Don't know how much of a difference that'd make though.
#45 by HarrySmooth, Apr 14. 2016, 11:23
Your PG/VG Ratio is not the Problem Joki....I make it in 60/40, 70/30, and even 80/20 for certain customers and have never had a problem! I suspect it is your Concentrates!....Please try it with All (CAP) or (TFA) Products and I will wager any amt of money your problem will be History!!!!!!
And to VLC, Make it any way ya want bro! More Power to ya! That's why it's out there......to be adapted, Modified, and played with!!!!! So have a Ball!!!!!!
Thanks Guys!
Harry
#46 by Marsellus, Apr 14. 2016, 15:02
Made it with just 6% Strawberry. Amazing liquid!
#47 by HarrySmooth, Apr 14. 2016, 15:13
Thats GREAT Marsellus! ALL of my Recipes are Meant to be "Played around with"!! Add this, Omit That....thats how New & Exciting Flavors are Found!!!!! Great Job!!!!
Thanks for all of the Kind Words everyone!
#48 by HarrySmooth, Apr 14. 2016, 15:20
OH, VLC....
I just noticed you said you Substituted Vanilla Custard (TPA) for the Butter Cream (CAP) right?
Well, I already HAD Vanilla Custard (CAP) in it!!! Did you just DOUBLE the Vanilla Custard (CAP)? and added THREE (3) more Strawberries? WOW!! You LOVE you some Strawberry dont cha? LMAO!!!!
#49 by Momma K, Apr 14. 2016, 22:02
I have this on my list to do now. Thank you for sharing. Just wanted to bring up something that had just recently happened to me. An earlier comment said that their juice went bad suddenly. The nicotine may be an issue. I was mixing great recipes and then suddenly everything tasted terrible to me. I thought I had vape tongue or something wrong with my equipment. I switch to premiums for a while and purchased all new coils for my tanks. That was a waste of time. My nicotine went bad quickly...and when I say quickly I mean like over night. Just a thought that may be something to think about also.
#50 by HarrySmooth, Apr 14. 2016, 22:10
Great Thought Kim!!!!
I haven't had that happen to me yet, as I go thru Nicotine VERY Quickly and I Store all of my Flavor Extracts, Concentrates, Nicotine, PG, VG, EVERYTHING in a Big Refrigerator that I keep at 45 Degrees, Dunno if that Helps, but its just the way I do it!
Hopefully "JOKI" will see this and check his Nic!!!!
Thanks for the Input Kim!!!!!!!!!!!!
Harry
#51 by VLC, Apr 14. 2016, 22:13
HarrySmooth. The vanilla custard from tpa Taste like butter and Doesnt have a single molecyle of vanilla imo. I use this flavor as butter :-) only 1.5% in this recipe

I used also cap custard v2 not v1, mistake in the earlier reply.
#52 by JokiJuice, Apr 14. 2016, 22:15
Again it would not surprise me considering it was wizardlabs nicotine, but still odd because I have ~1000 mls of juice laying around with that nic and they're all fine. I'm going to crack open a new bottle of this juice today and vape it and see if the ones steeping went bad.
#53 by VLC, Apr 14. 2016, 22:17
Taste fucking good. Even though I have learned that New York cheesecake doesn't go well with strawberry imo, lowering the strawberry makes the recipe less "nervous". From now on I give up on new York cheesecake and fruity flavours. NYC and RY4 double...on the dark side the NYC shines.
#54 by VLC, Apr 14. 2016, 22:35
@HarrySmooth This forum needs a good cotton candy recipe, maybe a "we out here for - carnival" clone :-) any ideas to cotton candy?
#55 by Momma K, Apr 14. 2016, 22:39
I don't put any nic in my batches while they are steeping. I only put it in when I make up my 30ml bottles for travel. I just prefer it this way. Thank God I didn't because my entire collection would be spoiled.
#56 by VLC, Apr 14. 2016, 22:39
We out here doe carnaval
#57 by HarrySmooth, Apr 14. 2016, 22:43
Ive been "Playing Around" with a couple of "Cotton Candy" Recipes VLC.....So far im not real impressed.....As soon as I "Nail one" down, ill post it here!
#58 by JokiJuice, Apr 17. 2016, 00:55
I just wanted to give a little update, after opening one of my steeped bottles and dripping that.. amazing. Seriously.

As for what went wrong with the previous bottle, I have no idea. The only variable is where the 2 bottles spent their time. 1 was in my closet steeping, the other one was just sitting on my desk, and got a bit of sun I'm sure.
#59 by Charlie, Apr 22. 2016, 15:33
It's about 6 months or so since I had a bottle of Beard No. 5 and made this recipe 22 days ago - didn't try until now. All I can say is this is actually better than I remember the original being. Perfect balance of strawberries and cheesecake - If you are concerned that more than 8% strawberry may be too much as I was don't worry about it - if you make this recipe exactly as is you will end up with something perfectly balanced and as good or better than the original. Thank you Harry for this recipe.
#60 by HarrySmooth, Apr 22. 2016, 15:41
Thank you SO Much Charlie for the Kind Words! Means alot Bro!!!!!!
THank you Again!

#73 by WhiteRaven, May 25. 2016, 22:16
Beard 05 is you creation, Harry or it's adapted?
#74 by HarrySmooth, May 25. 2016, 22:28
I adapted it from a Beard 05 Clone by "CrazyChick" I believe ......
#75 by HarrySmooth, May 25. 2016, 22:34
The Original had Malted Milk in it, and I am just Not a Fan of Malted Milk! And I removed the Graham Cracker Crust as the NY Cheesecake already HAS that! And added Sweet Cream just to "Creamy it Up" a bit.....
#76 by clockwork, May 29. 2016, 06:50
Made this in a 70/30 Good stuff thanks for sharing !
#77 by masterstephenvapesologies, Jun 6. 2016, 12:09

You are QUITE Welcome "N"!!!!!! Hope you enjoy it!!!!
#83 by HarrySmooth, Jun 26. 2016, 15:38
NOTE*** From Harry:
Hey Guys! I have quit making ALL Juices with Nicotine now! I make EVERYTHING in 0mg, and in 500-1000ml Units for my Shop!
Then at the Shop we ADD the Nicotine to the 30ml bottles as people order it.! I use Sapphyre 10% & 20% Nic Packets now!
1-10% Nic Packet to 30ml =3mg
1-20% Nic Paclet to 30ml=6mg Nic, and etc etc.....SO much easier !!!!
#84 by MrBurgundy, Jun 28. 2016, 13:29
Love this recipe as a shake and vape! Gonna have to make a much bigger bottle if I want to try it steeped for few weeks. Haha. Thanks for sharing!!
#85 by HarrySmooth, Jun 28. 2016, 14:40
You Betcha Ron!!!! Let er Steep as Long as ya can!!!!! LOL
#86 by Linger, Jul 10. 2016, 02:58
I've never had the original but this is very good. I only made a small tester, now I wish I made a bigger bottle.
#87 by bumer, Jul 14. 2016, 19:15
the taste is very good, I rated with 5 stars
#88 by A.D.V., Jul 17. 2016, 02:43
5 stars! really nice work on this one. the recipie is perfect as is but can't deny i won't try using other strawberries or combos. CAP's sweet strawberry is, well, a little too sweet for me at this % and while its perfectly balanced in this recipie, is a little to linear and dry for me. alas will certainly be making more as is. STEEP 30 DAYS i tried at 2 weeks and was not wow'd till day 29 :)
#89 by HarrySmooth, Jul 17. 2016, 03:08
Thanks for the kind words Folks! Means alot!!!!
Oh, and ADV, I agree with ya on the Sweet Strawberry, but thats what I like personally! But omg, you could use most ANYTHING in this and its good!!! I have used (Instead of CAP SS)Blueberry, Key Lime(Which was AWESOME!!!) Raspberry, and on and on......use your imagination!!!! And post what ya come up with!!!!
Thanks Again!
Harry
#90 by MrBurgundy, Jul 17. 2016, 10:31
Little follow up now that I've been enjoying this for a couple weeks: I've been trying to clone Moo Fields by Blue Dot Vapor for awhile.. It's just a bright, refreshing strawberry with a little bit of creamy milk. This is still the closest thing to it that I've come across. I've mixed up like 20 different recipes of my own and another dozen of other people's recipes. This is my favorite. It gets a little better as it steeps, but it's almost perfect as a shake and vape. For sure my ADV now. Three cheers for Harry: hip, hip, hooray! Lol
#91 by HarrySmooth, Jul 17. 2016, 13:52
Thank You Ron!!! I really appreciate the kind words!!!! I swapped Key Lime (FW) for the Sweet Strawberry and down here in Florida, it went over like a barrel of Titties!!!!! If ya like Key Lime Pie, as we ALL do down here....give it a try...it's really Good! BUT...do NOT use Key Lime (TFA)...I don't know WHAT the hell our friends at TFA were doing when they made their Key Lime Flavor, it's Horrible! Flavor West is the Best Key Lime I have found so far...
#92 by MrBurgundy, Jul 17. 2016, 16:49
Hahaha. Awesome! I don't have any Key Lime, but I'll add FW's to the top of my shopping list. I'm gonna try a few different subs; this recipe feels really flexible. I bet the Key Lime version is delicious! Can't wait to give it a shot. Happy mixing, my man!
#93 by Execution23, Jul 27. 2016, 11:17
You gave me faith! I started mixing 2 days ago and all of my flavors have been so bland or so I thought. I decided to try this recipe with little hope as I thought I was just doing something wrong not to mention I made the unicorn milk clone which also seemed bland. After mixing this up and giving it a quick shake I tried it and WOW. This is amazing and now allows me to let the other 4 recipes I have steep. I now no longer think I messed those up, just need time to steep. Thanks a ton man and killer recipe.

I did sub the cap strawberry with 6.5% tfa strawberry ripe and 2% tfa reg. strawberry.

It still turned out amazing and will be my adv for months to come. So simple to make I just need to invest in some 60ml bottles as my dinky 10ml bottles wont last too long! Thanks again! Definitely recommend this to any strawberry and cream lover like myself even if you have tried the unicorn milk recipe.
#94 by HarrySmooth, Jul 27. 2016, 11:47
Well Thank you Ex-23.......The Sweet Strawberry (CAP) is hands down the BEST Strawberry I have found for this recipe, but others work very well too! Lots of people sub Blueberry, Huckleberry, Mixed Berry, etc etc for the Sweet Strawberry and reported it was Excellent!!!
Thanks again for the Kind words~~~
Harry
#95 by Locally sauced, Jul 30. 2016, 13:32
Thanks for an amazing recipe Harry as I've only got Capella ATM these 5 work great, I've also made a second batch n straight swapped the strawberry with Italian lemon, n again as previous comments suggested a really good base to add whatever you prefer, thanks again.
#96 by Goodkat, Aug 9. 2016, 18:39
Can i use VC v2 instead of v1?
#97 by HarrySmooth, Aug 9. 2016, 19:34
Thank you very much for the kind words "LS".....Ill bet that Italian Lemon was OUTA SIGHT! I tried it with Lemon Sicily and it was REALLY Good!
Thanks again!
And to "GoodKat", SURE....use VC V2!!! You Betcha!
#98 by HarrySmooth, Aug 9. 2016, 19:34

#101 by noore, Aug 25. 2016, 10:09
Great recipes.
but after 3-4 days steeping, I only taste strawberry. Mixing at 30/70 , the cream flavour gone.

any suggestion ?

#102 by norwegianvaper, Aug 25. 2016, 23:02
I haven`t read trough the comments, but got to suspect that is whas from you "Cuttwoodspy" got his idea to his Unicorn Milc clone.
#103 by norwegianvaper, Aug 25. 2016, 23:32
Now that I have read trough all the comments, I can only say: What a great guy you seem to be HarrySmooth. I will for sure try this recipe and follow you here. Thank you so much. I also have Banana FA and Banana Split FW. Maybe I should swap the Sweet Strawberry with one of those and try too?
#104 by VapingKrakenVK, Aug 31. 2016, 03:36
I think this recipe is underrated, I find it really good. Also steeping was like only few days in my pocket. Then it was all amber and amazing vape.
#105 by norwegianvaper, Sep 3. 2016, 14:23
@harrySmooth and others. What is the difference with average and median, like in "Average mixing quantity: 4.7% (Median: 3.1%)"
#106 by HarrySmooth, Sep 3. 2016, 17:58
Thank you for all of your Kind Words NorwegianVaper!!! And Ohhhh YEAH Baby! Mix that Banana in with this..Substitute your Banana for the Strawberry, OR Split the Difference, and add equal amts of Banana and Sweet Strawberry for a "Strawnanner" Cheesecake!!!! MMMMMmmmmmmmmmm I might do that myself! Sounds AMAZING doesnt it?
And I have NO idea what the Diff between Avg and Median.....they both mean the same thing I think.............lol....Might wanna ask one of the more Advanced Mixologists on here like "Darth Vapor", as I he knows EVERYTHING about this Stuff....I learned just about everyting I know from him.....
#107 by norwegianvaper, Sep 3. 2016, 21:20
@ HarruSmooth. All the kind words are genuine well deserved. You are very helpful and kind. Then I will for sure try the Strawnana version too. I will rate it and come back to ou when I get there. Have a lovely weekend eery mixer in this wonderful daath community.
#108 by HOSNDUDE, Sep 5. 2016, 20:42
I am vaping the original and taste a hint of raspberry with the strawberry. Has anyone added that for comparison to original? Also i dont have butter cream... would a bit of meringue and baverian sub for butter cream... what does butter cream taste like?
#109 by norwegianvaper, Sep 10. 2016, 23:15
@HarrySmooth. Wow I can tell right after the mix that this us way better than CWSs UM. Now I will steep ut for a few days. Thank you su much. BTW, is your shop just B/M? No online shopping? I would have liked to support you.
#110 by HarrySmooth, Sep 11. 2016, 01:29
Thanks NV...... yeah I'm just a B&M..... I didn't wanna work THAT hard LOL.....
#111 by FumaKilla, Sep 20. 2016, 01:10
You're a kind guy Harry, Thank You for sharing this. Havent mix it yet. Just gone through all the comment. Suddenly had an urge to comment.. :)
#112 by HarrySmooth, Sep 20. 2016, 01:53
THanks Fuma!!!!! Im glad everyone seems to like this one!!! I forgot who I adapted it by, I cant take all the credit....but I tweeked the heck out of it! LOL
#113 by Locally sauced, Sep 20. 2016, 20:20
Harry I've just posted a recipe I made whilst making this one, I can only put this mistake down to withdrawals combined with blind panic but I didn't check my supplies before I started a 100ml batch, to cut it sweet I had to sub 50% of the NY Cheesecake needed with 25% vanilla bean ice cream n 25% Graham Cracker, I was wondering if you've tried this combination it's fantastic after a good steep, I have since realised its like cutwood spy's recipe but better IMO, I'd just like to say I've made your recipe so many times now that I can mix it without using the calc lol, I also tried the previous mentioned banana halved with strawberry n again it's faultless I'm going to make a barrel load of this base so I can add any fruit at any time into 30ml bottles, if anyone is in 2 minds about this recipe I can assure you it's the bomb, just get on n make it! Well done Harry Smooth!
#114 by HarrySmooth, Sep 20. 2016, 20:37
@Locally Sauced: Great name btw!!!
Thank You SOOO much for the "Glowing" endorsement Local!!! That is AWESOME!!!! Vape ON Brutha!!!!!!!
#115 by Mando, Nov 8. 2016, 09:08
Hi. Thanks for the recipe. I would like to know whether i can sub the butter cream for Bavarian cream? Thanks in advance.
#116 by HarrySmooth, Nov 8. 2016, 16:48
Hey Mando...
Sure you can sub Bavarian Cream for the Butter Cream! You can sub anything you want in ANY of these Recipes, BUT, it will Not taste the same as this Base Recipe! Butter Cream has its own Individual Flavor, nothing else like it out there......but that doesn't mean ya cant play around with the Recipe by Substituting Flavors!!!!! Lemme know how it turns out!!!!
#117 by jamesspringle, Nov 10. 2016, 23:36
I let this steep for about 3 weeks and put it in my Melo 3 mini with a .5 stock coil. It was meh. I could get some flavor out of it but I wasn't thrilled with it. Used two twisted triple core fused clapton coils in my tsunami and HOLY FRIGGIN GAWD THATS ... THATS...soooo goooood. The great thing about having made my own juices for the last 10 months is that I've either never tried the original or it's been so long that I forgot what it tastes like. This is a straight up delicious strawberry cheesecake that is SO RICH that other juices don't deserve to be called cheesecake. Thank you for my 2nd favorite recipe on ELR. Gonna go make a 120ml bottle now and hope it lasts a while :)
#118 by elevation24, Nov 16. 2016, 04:52
Absolutely my favorite recipe from this site. I always make it every time I make juice. So good and so easy!
#119 by Daytonaaa, Nov 16. 2016, 05:48
Made another batch and left it to steep normally, no heat added for exactly 1 month and it tastes a whole lot better but this time I made 2 60ml batches, I added .5% sucralose to one and none to the other and boy oh boy does the sucralose just make the flavors pop. It tastes a lot more like a premium juice.
#120 by AbulRulZ, Nov 29. 2016, 13:12
How long does this take to steep?
#121 by clockwork, Nov 29. 2016, 14:20
Should read some of the comments as a good estimate has been posted by many.
#122 by Kk_hz, Dec 1. 2016, 08:46
Not to take anything away from you, this is just not my cup of tea.
In terms of cloning aspect I can say this is at least 90% or even perfectly nailed the flavour profile of beard No.5.
I myself dont fancy beard no.5 but those of you who do, you struck a gold mine with this recipe.
#123 by sirgalvid, Dec 2. 2016, 02:44
Made 30ml on 9/25 and set it to steep for 30 days but didn't get to it until today (12/1). I haven't tried original so can't compare it to that, but I do like this. Only change was using TFA sweet cream as I don't have CAP. To me it is similar to Cutwoods UM leak, but this one seems smoother. This recipe will definitely be a regular in my mixing/steeping/vaping rotation.
#124 by HarrySmooth, Dec 3. 2016, 16:03
My Original recipe had 2% Graham Cracker Crust in it, and everyone Loved it, but I removed it because the NY Cheesecake already HAS Graham Cracker in it, and I didn't want to Over laden it with Graham!
#125 by HarrySmooth, Dec 3. 2016, 16:05
SOOOOOO Many Kind Words, I cant BEGIN to Thank each and everyone of you individually, but PLEASE Know that your Comments are Welcome, and that I Thank every one of you for your Kind Words!!!!! Keep em Coming!!!!
#126 by skineedog, Dec 20. 2016, 02:34
A quote from HarrySmooth.com about DIYers: "...Most of these clowns are making the Shit in their Kitchens, garages, etc, where their "Booger-Pickin" lil Rug-Rats are running around touching the Faucets, Sinks, Etc with their Grubby lil Hands and guess what? Their nasty lil hands, covered in "Fecal Matter" from not washing their hands after using the Potty gets Transmitted into YOUR JUICE! Ohhhh Yeah, so your essentially smoking FECAL MATTER!..."

I for one do not like what this says about DIYers. It essentially labels us all.... While I appreciate the sharing of what has become a semi-popular recipe, I do not like the disservice done to the community with statements such as these. Not to mention, I doubt it helps sell YOUR DIY juice made in your "lab."
#127 by HarrySmooth, Dec 20. 2016, 03:50
Truth Hurts don't it ???
#128 by HarrySmooth, Dec 20. 2016, 04:11
That quote you copied from my website illustrates EXACTLY how I feel about SHOPS the Make and Sell their own Juice without so much as a THOUGHT of Sanitation! I WATCHED a guy in a Shop near me make juice for a woman, no gloves, didnt even wash his hands, and he did the UnTHINKABLE......he wiped his NOSE while he was mixing her juice!!!!! Now C'MON People.....Im not Dissiing all DIY'ers....who cares HOW you make it as long as your not selling it to the Public! But if you ARE, you BEST be wearing Surgical Gloves, Face Mask, and Hairnet at the very LEAST! Autoclave your equipment, sterilize EVERYTHING that is used in the operation....I mean...That's just the way I do it.....well, USED to do it, because I can't make it anymore because of the aforementioned practices that are going on EVERYWHERE!!!!! Just look around at some of your shops and watch! And MY Juice outsold our Premiums 10 to 1..............my Customers KNOW my Sanitary Practices and that is what kept them coming back!!!!!
#129 by HarrySmooth, Dec 20. 2016, 04:14
And Im not gonna let this drag on.......thats the last Im gonna say on the subject! I can even believe I had to Explain it in the 1st Place!
#130 by A.D.V., Jan 25. 2017, 06:06
i wish you the best harrysmooth and truely hope you still keep contributing to the diy community! by the way your key lime version of this recipe is bad ass! will be looking out for your next recipe :)
#131 by Steve, Feb 14. 2017, 19:55
Hey Harry, approx how much would you say i would have to up each flavour to get this to come in at 70%VG but still tasting great please?
#132 by Mop Head, Feb 22. 2017, 03:41
fuck that's good, gonna have to do a bigger batch next time!
#133 by HarrySmooth, Feb 22. 2017, 22:21
I'm not sure Steve..... just gonna have to play around with it.....and thank you MopHead!!!!! And keep in mind you can substitute blueberry, banana, Keylime, just about anything for the strawberry or keep the strawberry in and add something of your own to make it your own unique blend! This is a great recipe to play around with… You can make some subtle changes and sometimes stumble across something really good !!!!!
Thanks Guys!
Yer ok pal Harry
#134 by swissmiss1164, Feb 26. 2017, 13:47
ok, harry after reading all comments i just had to make this ,cant wait to try it
#135 by HarrySmooth, Feb 26. 2017, 23:11
I hope you Love it Swiss Missy!!!!! Remember, you can substitute most anything for the Sweet Strawberry and come up with your OWN new and tasty Vape! It's a great "Base" recipe to play around with!
#136 by HarrySmooth, Feb 26. 2017, 23:13
I substituted "Key Lime Pie" for the Sweet Strawberry and my customers LOVED it!!!! Called it Bearded Smooth #69 lol
#137 by HarrySmooth, Feb 26. 2017, 23:15
And again, I can't take all the credit for this,...I adapted it from "Crazy Chicks" original recipe, just changed some stuff around a bit....added this.....omitted that......and came up with this! ....but much thNks to Crazy Chick for the original idea!!!!!
#138 by swissmiss1164, Mar 4. 2017, 13:28
thks for the post on my 2nd bottle of this its awesome
#139 by Pearl, Mar 14. 2017, 07:04
i am new to this and looking for a great strawberry cheesecake. I am going to try this one, soon. I am not sure if I ordered the butter cream but I hope I did. This recipes sounds the best from all that I have read here. I hope someone comes up with a cotton candy. When I first started vaping I order every cotton candy flavor there was. I did not know it was just sweetener and it burns coils. I even called a couple of companys to find cotton candy with no luck. I will be waiting for you to come up with the best cotton candy ever. I can't wait to try this. Thanks for the recipe!
#140 by Jake, Apr 23. 2017, 12:18
First impressions from a quick shape and vape (just after mixing): This seems promising. Nice work! It is worth noting I followed your recipe as close as I could, however I was completely out of my CAP's Sweet Strawberry, so I substituted TFA's Strawberry Ripe instead, and added extra CAP Sweet Cream to hopefully bring me somewhere in the ball bark with a similar end-result in flavor (once steeped and all).

Thanks for sharing. :)
#141 by benjy337, May 17. 2017, 09:19
I do not have the CAP NY Cheesecake, I have Cheesecake (FW), Cheesecake (LA), Cheesecake (TPA), and Cheesecake (Graham Crust) (TPA), which one would use instead of the CAP NY?
#142 by HarrySmooth, May 17. 2017, 14:45
FW for sure......TPA doesn't taste right
#143 by HarrySmooth, May 17. 2017, 14:46
@jake there is something about CAPS"SweetStrawberry" that just makes this...I dunno about a sub for that!!!!
#144 by Mrt, May 19. 2017, 14:32
Just wanted to let you know this is the best recipe I have ever made. I've been vaping on it for a month now and can't get enough of it. Today I'm going make a 500 mil and then make another 500 mil to put up because it does not last long and I would love to get some Steep time on it. I can only imagine what it would taste like after a couple weeks. Thank you so much for sharing this recipe.
#145 by P0tZ, May 28. 2017, 16:07
Only been mixing a couple months but slowly amounting an army of flavour concentrates and saw this pop up in the 'What can I make?' results (GREAT SITE FEATURE BTW!!).
Knocking up 50ml now and really looking forward to sampling this.
Thanks for sharing your recipe & to all the users commenting about the quality of this mix.
Always love to see good comments before mixing up a batch.
Will update once I have tried! :)
#146 by Jake, May 30. 2017, 10:33
@HarrySmooth - My follow up reply would be - I couldn't agree with you more. I'm beyond sick of this bottle of Strawberry Ripe, and no, it makes no substitute. Period.
#147 by @thefrozenvapeshop, Jun 26. 2017, 22:59
How is this as max vg? That is my only complaint about the #51. It is so thin. Just spits like crazy. Recipe looks great though.
#148 by 2Fargone, Jun 28. 2017, 15:29
Soo easy recipe, but realy good after 14 days steep time, in the same time i also did the same recipe, with changing Sweet Starwberry with Harvest Barry (CAP) 5%, and added 1% more Sweet Cream, that also come up realy good, Harvest Barry is a realy good flavor i think.
I gave it a 4, using Alien Smok 220W at 50 - 60W
Thx fore recipe Harry:)
#149 by HarrySmooth, Jun 28. 2017, 18:26
Thanks Fargone........Almost any Fruit Flavor works with this......Mix & Match!!!!!! Thanks Again!
#150 by CosmicTruth, Jul 29. 2017, 06:36
5 Stars Harry! And it is definitely smooth. This is one of my favorites!
#151 by Cheezes, Aug 7. 2017, 19:19
Hi, is it possible to make, like say 500ml without the fruit. And let this steep 30 days. And when i want to vape ad my fruit of choice and steep only a few extra days? Or will this give it a totaly diffrent taste?
#152 by HarrySmooth, Aug 7. 2017, 21:21
I'm not sure to tell you the truth… Try it and see!
#153 by Cheezes, Aug 9. 2017, 19:15
Hi, made 2 batches of 50 ml. 1 key lime version and 1 without the key lime. Will in 3 weeks. I will add the key lime and let it steep for another 3 days. Than i will compare the 2 batches.
#154 by Celesguy, Aug 11. 2017, 20:29
Just make this. Don't ask questions, just do it! Best juice I've ever tasted and better than the cutwood unicorn milk leak in my opinion. Made this at 6mg nic in a 30pg70vg base. Smooth as glass. Just stunning! No bite at all. 24 hours steep is plenty.
#155 by 2Fargone, Aug 11. 2017, 21:00
24 hour is too little becouse off the cream, soo if u like it now, it will even get better when steps more, this is my top 4 recipe with strawberry that i have tested here on this page. Cutwood unicorn milk leak is in the same range i think.
#156 by hawkoo, Sep 5. 2017, 01:47
I've been making this for about a year subbing the Strawberry with FA Bilberry and it is hands down my favorite juice. Well done and thank you for the recipe:)

PS. Also subbed the VC with FA Vienna Cream when I ran out. Works awesome as well!
#157 by hawkoo, Sep 5. 2017, 01:50
I'm such a noob, didn't rate it...but then it's a 6 out of 5 so....
#158 by Cheezes, Sep 5. 2017, 07:19
The test is complete. Adding fruit after steeping works great, the taste is slightly diffrent, but still awesome. So making a large quantity of plain liquid and adding fruit later (steep extra 3 days) is possible.
#159 by HarrySmooth, Sep 5. 2017, 15:27
Thank You ALL. For. The Kind words!!!!! Means A lot!!!!!
#160 by Mixtard, Oct 23. 2017, 03:10
Has anyone tried this with the Capella V2 flavours? I'll try it out and report back.
#161 by 2Fargone, Oct 23. 2017, 09:41
Mixtard, if u reading from top, the creator will tell u something about that
#162 by black0r, Nov 8. 2017, 09:13
Hi there ! If is just leave strawberry out - did i have just an cheeskake ?
#163 by tazzle, Nov 25. 2017, 19:21
Oh, this is nice! Aside from strawberry-banana mixes, I've not had a lot of luck finding a strawberry-centered recipe that really does it for me, and I think this is The One. It seems like maybe it's the CAP Butter Cream that really sets it apart. Thank you so much for the recipe!
#164 by tim, Dec 28. 2017, 02:47
Tried at least 20 recipes from this site and this one really stands out. Solid 5 stars
#165 by Marcil802, Jan 28. 2018, 12:53
Have you tried with Malted milk? I see original recipe used Malted milk but I'm curious if you tried it with your percentages. Reason of asking is that I have Malted milk in stocks but no butter cream
#166 by Marcil802, Jan 28. 2018, 16:36
Did you use same % for new V2 version?
#167 by HarrySmooth, Jan 28. 2018, 16:36
YEs.....I. Did try it with “Malted milk” and it sucked.......thats why I changed it.....do NOT Substitute Malted Milk for the Butter Cream!!!!! You’ll be sORRY!!!!! LOL........
And Thank You Tim and Tazzle for your kind Words!!!! Very Thoughtful!!!!!!!
#blackOr: I dunno if you will have just a cheesecake or not if you leave out the Strawberry....try it and see!!! You can always add the Strawberry if it doesn’t turn out!!!!!
Thanks Guys!

[QUOTE] Just finished with V2 of this Recipe! V1 was Good, but V2 is GREAT! ( if I DO say so myself!!! LOL) [QUOTE]
I don't see where you mention if you kept or changed the pct. I've read mostly all the comments and still can't find 😣 maybe you could mention it in your note 😊 thanks 👍
#173 by HarrySmooth, Jan 30. 2018, 03:04
Just like it reads.....nothing else is in it!
#174 by Marcil802, Jan 30. 2018, 04:07
I guess as french speaking I can't find the answer 😯 if I guess that you kept same pct will I be right?

#177 by Robin, Mar 9. 2018, 19:41
Just tried this after a 30 day steep...This ROCKS!
Thanks for the recipe!
#178 by TonyY, Mar 18. 2018, 11:03
Made this yesterday and tried last night Now cant put the thing down, I will have to make 500ml so i can steep it for the recommended time. Pat on the back from me @HarrySmooth
#179 by Garuda, Mar 24. 2018, 21:12
No subs/month steep-The base is good. Nice and creamy/buttery. Not a big fan of Cap sweet strawberry on its own though. Tastes really artificial to me. Still very vape-able though.
#180 by KumariHPX, Jun 6. 2018, 23:45
Used what I have: FW Butter cream & cheesecake + TPA Sweet Cream + JF Sweet SB and its great. Thanks for sharing!
#181 by Massivecloudz, Aug 8. 2018, 02:03
Anxious to try your version 2. I vaped about 600ml+ of the version 1. Hope all is well Harry
#182 by Massivecloudz, Aug 11. 2018, 00:31
V2 seems to taste pretty close to V1. Hot water steep method and 3 days later it taste pretty darn good. Gonna let this steep for another week and see how it taste.
#183 by CosmicTruth, Oct 2. 2018, 02:27
Awesome Juice man, plenty flavorful. 5 weeks steep is magic for me :)... Even my wife now on #5 ADV. Keep up the good work Harry!
#184 by KentuckyKloudZ, Jan 6. 2019, 20:10
Hey @harrysmooth is this a mandatory 50/50 mix? I'm wanting to throw this in my Zeus dual RTA and would like it to be a whole lot thicker.
#185 by HarrySmooth, Jan 7. 2019, 16:47

#187 by bwh79, Jan 28. 2019, 20:45
My experience: Okay, not great. Better after a long steep. Gets better still, for a minute, right before the wick goes kaput. Turns the wick a nasty black and leaves black residue in vapor path (lots of juices do this, I just try to avoid them myself.) Not enough improvement over MM to justify the extra gunk, for my tastes.
#188 by Ron the Don, Jun 23. 2019, 22:10
Hi HarrySmooth - This is and has been for the last two years my favourite vape. I make it in 100ml batches and it does not last the 30 day steep time. I'm going to experiment with key lime and blueberry as mentioned in previous posts. I am just posting to say a big thanks 👋👋
#189 by Bryan, Jun 28. 2019, 18:25
I made your recipe and I bought a bottle of beard 5 and tested other strawberries that I have here...it definitely has Strawberry taffy by cap in beard 5. Your recipe is actually better to me. The taffy throws it off in my opinion
#190 by HarrySmooth, Jun 28. 2019, 18:32

#192 by Barry, Jul 20. 2019, 12:34
made a litle batch of this, and i can resist to test it directly just like all the juices i makes. I must say it is realy good as a shake and vape, but wonder what it does after 2 weeks. Thank you verry much pal.
#193 by Dead Lee, Oct 13. 2019, 00:02
Tastes great on a shake and vape, like a nice smooth strawberry, does any sort of crust come through on this with a steep I’m wondering because I can’t taste any sort of cheesecake crumbs crust which would be nice?
#194 by HarrySmooth, Oct 13. 2019, 00:13
Thanks a lot guys… Although I must confess I haven’t made a drop of juice in months since the FDA crack down on my shop! But yes Lee, the cheesecake will come out in the steep! Thanks again for the kind words fellas

Just Mixing this up as I comment, mixed at 65/35. So far like the simple recipe. Obviously haven't tried it yet but will return with a review of the overall flavor of the recipe once i try it. Thank you for sharing.

Mixed this on September 7th. Tried it yesterday for the first time. I can see it had potential but I needed it sweeter. I added .5% capella super sweet and it really pushed this recipe to greatness (for me)

Running it in a dead rabbit pro, ss316l 24g 3mm ID 6 wrap at 65-70 watts and it’s phenomenal. Thank you for this
