I'll give this a shot. I've been working on this one too. But I only have these flavors in Capella. The Strawberry and Cream sounds like a nice addition. I'm sort of kicking myself for not thinking of it if I'm honest. Thanks for the share.
TheLostSurvyeor my first try was without the strawberry and cream. It was tasty but thought it was missing that creamy element. After I added that it really helped give a little creaminess to the Greek yogurt and balanced everything nicely.
Thanks Chris I will give that a shot when I get some FA flavors. Capellas creamy also sounds good. I hear the Kiwi from FA is good also. I appreciate the feed back as the end result is a better vape for all to share at a good price.
Tpa greek yogurt works well also cause i didn't have fa yogurt so i gave the tpa one a whirl and im glad i did its amazing woohoo thanks op. Liquid gold in a bottle
Not sure Crago44 did you check their web site for a list of vendors? is it under greek yogurt? I looked around and with no luck. I will look around some more if I have luck I will drop you a link
Try FA Vanilla Bean Gelato 1% and FA French Vanilla 1.5%. I love the Kilo Kiberry and this is almost spot on.
Thanks Steve for getting me so close to this, it was costing me too much to keep buying it. :)
I must have missed something lol i posted www.wizardlabs.com cause i thought you wanted the greek yogurt by tfa. If you want flavourart they have them at www.onestopdiyshop.com and www.flavorjungle.com both have decent prices and osdiy has cap, tfa, and fa flavors all on one site.
Stevejay,
Take a look at my Kiberry Yogurt MC. Just looking to see if anyone can try it and let me know. You got me so close to it that I had to play with the flavours a bit. I have this so close to Kilo's brand, this is my top favourite juice and I am obsessed with getting it down.
I think if u add a little fw sweet tarts u will have the recipe be even closer to spot on. I think thats what its missing. Also i think they use fa yogurt. But i love tfa greek yogurt so its better your way to me but i think they use fa
Agreed tony fa is most likely what Kilo is using also maybe the fa kiwi also. I haven't tried either of those and when I mixed this I was trying to get as close as I could staying Diketones-free and still have a good quality taste. when 1st mixed fa only had their older yogurt with baddies as the new version is without the so called baddies. lol
Diketones in the sweet tarts would be very minimal because u would only use like .5% - 1% so i believe that would be in acceptable tolerances. But i think that is a great way to mix, using all diketone free ingredients.
stevejay1,
I believe this Kilo Kiberry Clone is nailed. Go look at my Kiberry Yogurt MC (v9) recipe. I have the original Kilo Kiberry and this side by side and they taste the same. Thanks for you help with mat2k and I, this was a tough cream flavour, but we have it nailed.
stevejay1, yea the bakers catch is one of my all day vapes i make that one at 500 ml when I run out. It is one of my addicting versions, let me know what you think when try it, also it is better with some steep time, but still not bad as shake and vape.
Where is your recipe, MikeC? It's not in your recipes. Did you make it private? Been trying to get this and I'm failing lol Haven't tried the fresh cream yet.
I made it private. After it steeped a week, the flavours blended badly, I did not want anyone to use it. I thought I had it, but after steeping it was not even close. Sorry, I have to really try at it some more. I think I'm going to give my palate a break and try again later. I was ashamed of it. :(
Lol ok. I understand completely. I did just a mix of tfa Greek yogurt, kiwi double, and sweet strawberry. It's decent but not anywhere near Kiberry Yogurt lol
I can't seem to get that sweet candy yogurt flavour and it is driving me batty. I have nailed a lot of it down, but just can not get that part. If you do manage to get it, let us all know. I can't wait until someone gets it.
Can anyone tell me the difference between kiwi and kiwi double? Just a stronger kiwi flavor? Also would I halve the kiwi double for this recipe cause it's "double" lol
MikeC fw yogurt (regular not greek) is the sweetest yogurt I've tried. The old version of fa was similar but I think fw yogurt is a good but sweeter. Hope that helps. And for some reason kiwi double doesn't taste stronger to me but to be careful I would start at 1/2 strength then work your way up. Depending on how much kiwi you like in your recipe
FA Yogurt is by far the best, I have FW, CAP Creamy Yogurt, TFA Greek Yogurt, FA gave me the best flavor, added .5% Dairy Milk which really smoothed things out and brought out the yogurt flavor. I have added TFA Sweet & Tart, but that still did not get it. Tried TPA Cotton Candy (CIRCUS) helped, but there is a creamy sweet flavour that I just can't get it at. Funny thing is, I have a good Yogurt flavour with some Bilberry that came out nice and I like it. But I WANT KILO KIBERRY.. I am not going to give up until I or someone hits it. I have 5 batches with different ratios of Yogurt and different sweeteners steeping. Someone please nail this down, I am going nuts with this one. :(
VaperGlock, I have FA Kiwi and TPA Double Kiwi, the FA version has more of a Kiwi taste to it, I also think it is a little more tart than double. It can work as a substitute, but it lacks a little bit of the Kiwi and Tart, still not bad though.
tonysrecipes, Is there any other sweet & tart flavours besides TFA? What do you think Kilo uses to get that tarty, yet creamy sweet flavor? I have FA Yogurt with .5% Dairy Milk and it really popped the Yogurt, so that part is working, but Kilo has a very smooth creamy sweet flavour, does not seem to be Vanilla Bean Ice Cream, Bavarian Cream, Sweet Cream, Fresh Cream.. I just can't get that cream and tarty sweet. Maybe my taste buds have become numb.. :)
Crago44, thanks for the TIP, FW was the first Yogurt I tried, but it just had more sweet, not the Kilo kind either, than FA. The FA version has a very tasty yogurt flavour to it that I like, and man if you add a little Dairy Milk (TFA) to that, it really comes to life. I made a batch with some Bilberry and I am loving it. FW goes good with a subtle Yogurt flavour and works well with most fruits, even some bakery flavours. I like both though. Thanks again for the advice.
Just so everyone knows, I mixed FW Yellow Cake and Bavarian Cream (TFA) and the sweet cream flavour is coming close to that creamy sweet that Kilo has. I want to let it steep for a week or two just to make sure it does not mute out or change, but that might be a close runner, if anyone wants to try it.
VaperGlock, I made 15 ml bottles of stand alone flavours, 4% Bavarian Cream and 15 ml Bottle of stand alone Yellow Cake at 4%, put let them steep for a couple weeks, and then put a few (drops) on a plate and mixed them together. Finger tipped them and put them on my tongue. They come close, not perfect, but close. I still am missing the candy tart, but maybe that will come in with the other flavours. I am just trying to get the base ingredients at the moment. I have made probably about 20 15ml bottles of different flavours trying to get this and it is a !#%$# to get that cream. :)
Well they could just have a flavouring that is not available to the consumers. It may be that I just don't ever get it. I have come up with some other Yogurt flavours that I really like, so it isn't all that bad. I usually don't have patience but I really wanted to get this one, after this round I am going to have to assume there just isn't the proper flavourings for me to use. :(
Ok Everyone, you all are aware I have been crazy about Kilo Kiberry Yogurt and have tried for months to nail it. Sorry, but I could not get it. I have come up with something that blows it out of the water. It is WAY better and taste sooo good, I will never look back at Kilo Kiberry again.
I posted it as Killbery Yogurt, it is an ADVANCED recipe, it is not for the mild DIY'r, but I promise you will LOVE it more than Kilo Kiberry Yogurt.
Thanks to everyone who helped me attempt the Kilo Kiberry, but after so much time and trying every vendor (FA,FW,CAP,FLV etc) I came across this and I have no need to attempt Kiberry any further, it blows it away.. So I am done with Kiberry, I have ordered large quantities of the flavours I used for Killberry Yogurt and will be vaping that instead!
If you do try it and like it, just drop me a note..
Thanks stevejay1 for putting up with all my posts. I really hope everyone enjoys this Killberry Yogurt!
It must be good, my wife just gave me her last bottle of Kilo Kiberry and took my bottle of Killberry and told me to just make some more for myself. :(
This smells and tastes exactly like Kiberry Yogurt but the flavors are not as strong as the real deal. I've made it 60/40, 70/30. Going to try 50/50 next.
Just wanna mention that the real deal has 90% VG, so assuming that the flavours are all PG based the original recipe calls for only 10% flavouring. I'd be willing to bet my house that all the flavours are by FA. The yogurt in kiberry certainly smells and tastes like it
Steve you should post more recipes, as your mixing skills are obvious for all too see and I'm super impressed, been mixing 7 years now and will upload some of my own soon enough, but I, always trying others and this is superb well done
i just tried this and i'm a fan of the original - still have couple bottles in my stash. this is a nice vape, but i'm not getting "that Yogurty flavor" - it's 3 days old, with some speed-steeping. but i thought by now i would have got closer to the original if if not fully 2-weeks steeped. can someone share some advice? should i simply steep longer?
@rohin7, thanks i will. i opened an original one today from my stash and detailed what i "get" in the flavor - i get Caramel, vanilla, sweet cream beside the yogurt and fruits. i'm very new to mixing &have limited knowledge of the flavors but i think yours is closer.
have to sub some flavors though as all my stash is TPA. i understand it will come out different, but if i come anywhere close to original i'm still happy. cheers mate.
Well I just started vaping this after 11 days steep, and I have to say it taste amazing, TPA kiwi double taste amazing, so looking forward to trying it with FW kiwi at some point, first time iv vaped a yoghurt and I'm impressed, I have it at 12 watts with 1.6ohm coil in my rose 3 and it's good so so good
I made another recipe off hear with TPA yoghurt, not tried it yet, that has 8% TPA yoghurt in it, and going of this I'm not sure it needs 8% lol, as this taste just right on the yoghurt part to me, not to strong and just right and balenced with fruit, bet it's outstanding in my snapdragon dripper ha
