FA Joker - supposed to be a one shot, it's an absolutely delicious, dry cannoli. Light cinnamon, powdered sugar, flaky crust.
Cream does not come through as well as you'd probably like so:

CAP Sweet Cream + TFA Whipped Cream - used to boost the cream and give it some more body and thickness.

FA Red Touch - It took me a while to decide on which strawberry would be best to use. I think lighter fruits fit here best. Where INW Shisha Strawberry would be too potent and probably overtake the recipe, FA Strawberry is not as strong and allows the flavors of the cannoli to come through all that much more.

I am in the process of testing adding .5% of FA Meringue to even out the cream and for additional sweetness.
