I really like this at 3 days when I tested it it was sweet and creamy you could taste the cream but also still got the strawberry. Gonna let the rest steep for a few more days and see if it changes any.

-I had to adapt a recipe because despite trying multiple recipes I did not really care for any strawberry and cream I made using TFA ripe strawberry but that might just be me. I find purilum to be a sweeter strawberry which shows up stronger in this recipe though I might up the percentage of strawberry a bit more next time to see what happens.
