I should mention that the pear is mostly there to accentuate the peach flavor. You don't taste it much. You could increase it to 1 or 1.5% for a little more pear flavor.
Good juice. One of my favorite fruit mixes. Nice and smooth - great vapor. I've found that the peach mellows and the pear comes out more after about 4 days.
Hey Shaner. Thank's for recipe. Wanna ask a question. I only have White peach. Not regular one. I know that white peach is much stronger than peach. What percentage should it be with your opinion? Thanks
Been searching for a great Peach recipe for months and I just found it. I let it sit for 5 days due to the Vienna cream and it's smooth and naturally sweet from the Pear and Peaches without being overbearing,
I really like this recipe! I like it better with steep than without, but I was really pleased with the White Peach settling. I usually use it at much lower percentages because it comes off so incredibly strong to me. Thank you for sharing!
I adapted this slightly and it's delicious!!! I sub Peach (FA) with 0.5% Peach (MF) and a couple of drops of Honey Peach (JF), and topped up Pear to 1.5%. As S&V it's really, really delicious. Despite the relatively low percentages, it's the recipe I get the most delicious and full peach flavour. I can't imagine it getting even better after steeping, but let's see :-). 5 stars
Thanks for sharing this, I didn't have FA Vienna Cream so I subbed with TFA DX Bavarian Cream at 2%, steeped 6 days, turned out really good! but I'd like a little more peach flavor, next time I mix it I'll try it with FA Peach at 3% and FA White Peach at 2%.
Reporting back, increasing the peaches % didn't improve the flavor, it's better sticking to the original recipe. I also found CAP Sweet Cream at 1% to taste better than using Bavarian Cream (sub for FA Vienna Cream). I also tried to sub with TFA Vanilla Swirl, it was good but I found that CAP Sweet Cream blended better with the peach flavors.
