Smooth and creamy. The Blackberry and Cantaloupe are pairing well together, neither one dominating the mix. Creme Brulee makes a great custard and the Brown Sugar rounds everything out to a nice, warm and subtle baked-dessert sweetness. The pleasant smoothness is, well.. pleasant!
If I change anything, I might boost the Blackberry to 1.6-1.75% to put it in its own place above the Cantaloupe. Also, Brown Sugar NF could go lower if this steeps for 60+ days. It has a tendency to creep up on long steeps. 21-30 days is a-ok at this % in this setting.
