If you want a stronger Cinnamon Danish taste. Go to 2%.
Can be replaced with alternates. The Marshmallow, Meringue by TPA. Same percentages.
If you have "Cinnamon Sugar" SL by Capella then use at 1-2%. Not tried this myself..
