Messing around with VT Pandan Leaf, I think this works well. Not really a final recipe per say but a pretty interestin profile IMO. I'm thinking that this may work into a cake somehow, maybe even a yogurt, not sure.
Change INW Pineapple for FA Blood Orange at 2% and works lovely too. I've use a notch of HG Italian Cream to smooth it out a bit and worked fine.
So yeah, just a way forward if you don't know what to do with Pandan Leaf. Good luck
