Made for Mixin’ in the Kitchen #31 A salute to FlavourArt. I wanted to make a thick and rich vanilla ice cream with a sweet butterscotch topping. FA butterscotch is ok on its on but shines when given help. It can be bent to be rich and dark or lighter depending on what flavors you pair it with. The Vienna Cream and Fresh Cream give it that rich and darker flavor that I was looking for. The ice cream is rich and the Bavarian Cream is heavy and dense. 5 days and this is good. Gets better the longer you stay out of it.
