Notes
this recipe is one of two recipes in which I test ws-23 vs TPA Koolada (ws-3)

My results: Koolada gives a cooling sensation in the back of the mouth, especially the area above the uvula.
WS-23 cools in the same area but I also feel a cooling sensation on the inside of my cheeks and the inside of my lips.
I only used both coolants at 0.5% but I already notice that the recipe with WS-23 has a little more flavour. It's a little more sweet and bright compared to the recipe with Koolada.
As far as strenght, I get a little bit more of a cooling sensation with the WS-23 but that is a 30% dilution compared to the Koolada that is 10%. So Koolada is stronger.

I have to say that when I got the WS-23 I never went back to the Koolada. If you're looking for a strong cooling sensation you're not getting there with Koolada in my opinion. I mean you could, but I get a chemical/cardboard type flavour by the time I get a real cool vape. WS-23 doesn't give me any off notes and cools in a better way (more areas in the mouth).
