Mix your 15% Vodka, Distilled Water and VG mix (Distilled Water 13% 13ml, Vodka 2% 2ml and VG 75% 75ml) you need to get the measurements right on this so I make a 100ml bottle of diluted VG and let it steep for two or three days.... Then in a separate bottle, mix all the flavourings together then add your PG, your nicotine and now add your diluted VG, just shake the bottle. Some flavours need steeping for a few days but most should be fine to Vape straight after making...
