Absolutely yummy. A cracker jack sundae.
Star of the show is WF SC Caramel Popcorn and Peanuts, the peanuts in this is amazing. The popcorn needs a little boost. As well as the caramel.
This being a sundae, i have a ice cream base of LB Ice cream with HS French Vanilla Ice Cream. This is one of my favorite ice cream combinations. The ice cream is layered with caramel, butterscotch, toffee, and cracker jacks And topped with whipped cream
Sweeten to your liking, but doesn't need it.
Enjoy.
I mixed this up last night, it looks really good. We love Popcorn mixes so I gave it a go. I just made a couple changes. I Used FA Butterscotch instead of FLV and I upped the Caramel 0.5% more I think and I'm really liking WF Vanilla Ice Cream so I split the LB % between the two. I have really high hopes for it. I will do my very best to report back on it.
How long of a steep did you give this?
So so so sweet wow. I did not know it was possible to make something this sweet without any sweetener, and it’s interesting because you get hit with with the sweetness first, and then the creamier finish. I get everything promised in the description, which is a lot! Caramel, toffee, butterscotch, peanuts, popcorn, and ice cream. Even a little whipped cream in the finish. Yes, it really delivers all of that without being too muddled up. It was only very slightly sharp on top when I only gave it six days but when I came back to it after two weeks that sharp edge was sanded down and the ice cream came out even fuller and richer, and still not all muddled despite all the different elements. Amazing!
This recipe is delicious Tam well bloody done on this one! I love what the popcorn does in this recipe it really adds a lovely depth and texture and the sweetness is perfect! Great job girl 💯
