This is a very simple ADV for me and a few of my friends.
I have subbed for different Bavarian Creams with some success. Other cakes and creams work well too, but NY Cheesecake is so far my favorite pairing with TFA Pineapple.
Steep/cure is not really necessary, but it does tend to blend and improve somewhat. A quick warm water bath to soften up the VG and help blending speeds this up, but going with hot water tends to break the pineapple.
This is fantastic. Strongly reminds me of captivape's pegasus blood. It's been a while since I have had it though, but the pineapple is definitely the same and comes out wonderfully in this recipe.

I have tried it. IMO, it isn't as good. It's missing something, sweetness maybe. The percentage will also be a bit different. I tried it when I ran out. It isn't terrible, so sub away. Or sub with another fruit, there's lots that work, like blueberry...
This is a BIG HIT!! I never liked TFA pineapple in anything I have tried until now. I never thought of combining it with cheesecake. THANKS!! I am loving it.
Just whipped up 60ml with .5% Cap Super Sweet and it's a great S&V. Doubt it will last more than 2 days so no updates on steeping. (I prefer my juice un-steeped.)
I like it to. Its really a great taste as S&V and after 24 hours.
But iam affraid to mix more, because i think the ny cheesecake will overtake the pineapple after some time.
Anyone can tell me his experience after a few days or more of steeping?
