Hi Alisa! Question: I do not have Italian Cream yet for this recipe. If one substitutes Bavarian, Vienna, or another type of cream, how much of an adjustment would be necessary? Thanks again for the info on Chocolate Deutsch a couple of months ago! Awesome flavor! For this recipe would this also be good at 3% in place of FA chocolate?
Hey @Patrick. If I didn't have the Italian Cream, I'd bump the FA Cream up .5% I think. The Italian Cream is extraordinarily great though. Should try to get some when you can. AS far as the chocolates... If you are going to sub Chocolate Deutsch in, I'd use it at 1 - 1.5% and leAVE out both the FA Cocoa and FA Chocolate. Please let us know how it goes!
