It’s a simple mix for impatient tobacco lovers.
No weeks of steep time required. The mix doesn’t change much with time and it’s smooth and flavorful right from the start, after a week it’s spot on
:)
Update 11/08/2020
Since DIYFS Holy Vanilla v1 isn't manufactured anymore, I swapped it for DIYFS Holy resurrection. There’s no change in taste imo. 😊
Update 29/04/2022
The availability of diyfs flavours is driving me nuts. I tried it without and upped the inw shisha vanilla to 2%. Still good 🤤
Maybe you could try rda bavarian cream or cap sweet cream and up the holy vanilla a little bit. You could get the creamy part from these. It wouldn’t have the same depth, but it’s worth a try. 😊
Julia, my mate had the missing ingredient and was quite happy to oblige. Mixed it, let it settle and tested it on our drippers. I honestly didnt think it would have tasted as good as it did. Ok it hasnt steeped but im siding with people that say flv baccies are fairly good off the bat or will at least give you a quick idea if somethings gonna work or not.
Ive already ordered more supplies from chefs and am convinced red burley and mixtures of flv baccies are the way to go.
Well done on a great recipe. Would love to see something from you using turkish and eastern type tobaccos from flv.
Thanks a lot Ric!! So happy you like this! The flavor won´t change much with time. The creamy bit gets a bit more through and the tobaccos settle down. It´s a good mix for impatient tobacco lovers. :-)
Thank you very much for your feedback Goodkidd. I’m also vaping a lot of this :)
Yes, I do have more tobacco recipes, but they’re currently in beta-testing with some friends.
I was surprised at how smooth this is off the shake. Very balanced - the vanilla is milder than i expected too. I really like this one - good job Julia!
@julia hmm!! ok i think ill wait till it restocks then. hey julia recently i tasted Nasty Juice Silver blend of tobacco series. it's like vanilla with a slight cigar taste if u have tasted can u suggest me any link for a simple recipe or any other vanilla tobacco recepie u like? i am a newbie wanting to make my own juices. thankyew.
Tasty recipe Julia Su! I mixed it in a clear glass bottle and noticed after 5 days it had turned a beautiful amber colour. For me, it's great at the 5 day mark. I guess due to the Shisha Vanilla settling down a tone. Thank you for sharing. 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I mixed this according to the recipe. I love FLV Red Burley, but this was the first time I had mixed it with Sweet and Smokey. They are great together. This is a tobacco forward mix, which is my preference, but may not appeal to those who are looking for a strong vanilla. This is my second batch I enjoyed it so much. I vaped a tank right off the shake, and set it aside for several weeks. It gets even better with age.
Finally got around to mixing this and it's absolutely delightful, even off the shake! Smooth, sweet, and mellow...but full of delicious flavor with the perfect balance of tobacco and vanilla! High Five! 🙌
@D@ave diyfs holy vanilla v2 might be the closest sub for it.
I might have to go and remix it myself with another dark vanilla flavour since the company keeps discontinuing the vanillas i used for this.
Just on this now Julia, dang you done good here! very pleasing vape, smooth as silk & ticks all the boxes for me, I did use the original DIYFS as I don't have the reserrection.
Tobacco is nice & up front but very mellow & easy going, I would have no problem vaping this all day long & will be doing.
