A tobacco base with cucumber to give a lighter and particular taste, arctic winter is to give it some freshness, Saline was used to give it a pop. The liquid was done for my wife. base is 50/50 so it can be used on a POD system without any worries

Well it's particular, but it works, it's for something different. I based it on a blend studied years ago and added the Arctic winter for my wife that wanted something "fresh" but originally was without the WS3
