I took some of my favorite aspects of some great recipes to create this. It's like a delicious caramel and pistachio cookie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top. Definitely an ADV if you like dessert flavors. This is my first great recipe that I'm sure I will continue to tweak and tune it in time.

Steep time is 1 week minimum but it gets really good around 3 weeks.
