I can't believe this worked! I was a huge fan of Element's Banana Nut Bread, at least until that very last batch where they changed the banana, but Element was going in a different direction by then. I didn't think anyone even remembered it, although I guess this recipe is two and a half years old now. I gotta say, I was really skeptical with the super high levels of Acetyl Pyrazine, if you had put 1.5% or 2.0%, I probably would have skipped to the next recipe, but 1.7% was oddly specific, so I gave it a shot and mixed it exactly as written. It was amazing! All the unique notes from the BNB concentrate just popped right out. Great job!!!
