Nick, with this one, I wanted the coffee/mocha to be a hello with your mouth, stout.. not too sweet.. but up to you on how sweet you want to go with this one.. as far as the missing sweet cream, I'd raise up the cream and whipped creams to 1% each.. see how that is before raising just one of the creams up.. hope this helps!
