11/12 - Very nice sparkling juice flavor.
11/15 - Maybe a tad more sparkling wine needed, but overall very good so far.
11/21 - Still good, still think I need to up the sparkling wine a little.
12/1 - Loving this. It’s like a berry soda. It’d probably make a good berry cream soda!
**Edit 8/3: Upped the sparkling wine to 3%.
