I'm on my holidays! In the exclusive bijou resort of Bridlington - the Jewel of the east Yorkshire coastline - very few places offer the 'high end' seaside experience found here...

The above is, as anyone who has visited knows, utter bollocks. The kids will enjoy it though I hope! Yesterday the rain lashed at us like a torrent of grey misery, however, on opening my eyes to a pair of bouncing overly excited 6 year old pricks this morning there was a strange orb in the sky... Summer hasn't forgotten us entirely.

Some of you may remember my offering from the 2 day heatwave we experienced recently, 'shit lolly'. This was well received and I've been perfecting the follow up as found above... 'chic lolly' a posh alternative for you Marks and Spencer types, you know the ones with 'in and out' driveways and a kitchen island.

A peach base with the inawera providing a strong authentic flavour, candied and juiced by the TPA. A good hit of lemon and hibiscus to refresh and intrigue, honeysuckle adds extra moisture and magic, the Zen garden adds a herbal pretentiousness. The sweetener and Ws-23 cos it's a lolly and should be sticky, cold and sweet, up it or drop it at your discretion.
