From what I've read, blue raspberries need to steep in order to become full and more accurate. This is not going to be a traditional blue raspberry, I feel like I would get a headache trying! There's going to be a little Zing because of the lemon combo.
Update: after a couple weeks of steep time this blue raspberry mix has a very candy like taste with a dash of tart.
