This recipe is a version I made of King's Crest's Empire commercial liquid. It is a shake & vape recipe.

It is created with a Fast4vap accelerator base from the manufacturer Oil4vap which in its composition is 30% PDO / 70% VG, is a special base for allergy to propylene glycol (PG).
