This doughnut has changed into a completely new recipe since I first started mixing. This yeasty beast is essentially what I always wanted when I first faded out of always wanting Bronuts in rotation.



I can safely say, we're back to those days boys! (Or whatever you may be, no judgement, unless you don't like doughnuts.♥)

I always loved Bronuts for simplicities sake. It's simple and seemingly has a lot of depth, especially if you back down a few flavors and toss in some FLV Cream. This recipe may seem a bit convoluted, but after a month of sitting the recipe really falls into place.

FA Zeppola and and WF Angel Cake create the cakey and greasy bit.

HS Australian Chocolate brings majority of the chocolate and VT Chocolate Mousse helps cut the dryness of the AC.

Just like FA Joy was to Bronuts we have a transformative star of the show, transmuting what is a creamy greasy cake ball into a sticky chocolate icing slathered yeast risen chocolate infused doughnut.

That shining star is FLV Starch Base. A light step is required just like Joy, so be wary of you happen upon this post and become intrigued, the beer and crackers comes quick.
A month long steep allows every step of magic to happen, but depending on your perception of FLV Starch Base she vapes beautifully within the first 48 hours.
