Milk and Honey are the base of the honey for this recipe. The brie stands on its own and yes all you need is that small %. The nut mix and Butter pecan work for the nutty part of this mix and the vanilla pudding give it a great sweet creaminess. Fuji/Apple Stark gives it the slight apple flavor hiding underneath the other flavors.
