I made this for the scent. I forgot I had Rose Candy in my arsenal and I remember the smell of fresh roses after I opened the bottle the first time. To be honest the flavor gets hidden under the strawberries and ice cream but the scent is incredible. Try it if you have the ingredients (and if you love roses) It's an interesting mix.
