One month steep

A balanced mix of custard, cheesecake and raspberry, biscuit for depth.
Adjust inawera raspberry to taste, I like it strong. Click the wrench and use adjust flavor percentage to keep everything a bit balanced.

This gets better the longer it steeps. I make a liter at a time to let it have a good steep. The raspberry doesn't fade, just gets better.
