Good. It has a great donut flavour. The TFA adds a frosted or more sugar coated flavour. The Cap sugar cookie helps to make it more of an old fashioned plain donut. Good but not knock you out great yet. Smells fantastic so it is real close to perfect imo. Some Fa meringue and a little more TFA frosted may be all it needs. Maybe a touch of EM or triacetin/vape wizard?

You should definitely replace the sweeteners with 1% FA Meringue. Also consider adding 1% FW Cake (Yellow). I use both in pretty much all of my donut recipes. The Meringue adds a nice sweetness without being cloying like sucralose and (especially) ethyl maltol, and perfectly emulates the sweet glaze found on many pastries. The touch of Yellow Cake seems to help tie things together.
