I couldn't find condensed milk that tasted like the canned condensed milk so I made my own concentrate. I guess you could vape this on its own if you want to vape condensed milk, but I made this for a concentrate to use in other mixes.

Thanks, Frank! I have some serious ideas floating around in my head now. I make my lemon meringue pie in real life with condensed milk, which is SUPER sweet LOL.

You can sub super sweet for the Sweetness by flavorah at the same percentage if you don't have it.
