dang - crispy wafer could be the missing ingredient I have been seeking - as I have used WF croissant, WF glazed donut and WF white cake and it got me 80% there Time will tell :-)

IMO This needs at least a week to steep - once it has it is amazing. Thank you for the recipe.

Good one Nick. My brother enjoyed this one quite a bit. Told me to say so. Coming from him, it's a great compliment, he is as weird AF as to his taste buds. Hope you find time in the future for some follow up videos on your YT Channel. You have a shit load of knowledge about flavors and mixing. Would love to see you take front stage and let things happen. I heard a few taking the piss about your first uploads...Fuckem'!
Anyways, great recipes overall, and an awesome guy too, keep it up brov...

@ziggyway I will be back :) I’ve got some things planned and I’ve bought some new recording equipment ;)

Could you sub croissants vta with wonder flavours?
#14 by Nevans, Jun 20. 2020, 15:57
Of course you can bud, let us know how it works out :)
#15 by Heart, Aug 3. 2020, 13:53
Tried this with VTA Raspberry Jam 2.5% & it’s delicious!

Does this need a steep? 🤔 Or is it good to go? 🤔 Tia 👍

I think it's a beauty of a base to build upon! I'd like to see a Nevans' pancake base at some stage.. :D
#20 by James Holden , Jan 31. 2021, 03:05
I agree with you @cxxxxp, if anyone can make a good pancake base it’s our man Nevans here.

@Lucas That is correct 🙌
#22 by luuul, Apr 11. 2021, 11:34
How can I add chocolate to this?
#23 by Nevans, Apr 11. 2021, 21:22
WF chocolate frosting is a nice one buddy
#24 by aXtotheL, May 19. 2021, 13:19
best donut base! i love the fluffy white cake flavor, will try next batch with 2 %
#25 by Nevans, May 24. 2021, 07:49
Thank you so much buddy 😊😊
#26 by aXtotheL, Jun 15. 2021, 12:13
blueberry jam tends to overpower your base, upping the fluffy white cake flavor helped to balance it out :) I will try the original recipe again with different and lighter toppings like raspberry jam.

at what flavor percentage would you recommend the chocolate frosting?

Just curious, but what's the WF Crispy Wafer do for this recipe? Do you just like the flavor or does the cookie element help with the doughy flavors? I thought crispy wafer was a little weak/less concentrated flavor of Nilla Wafer cookies, so I just thought this was interesting.
