Taste: On the inhale you'll taste a very pleasing, fall inspired, cinnamon baked pastry (with a hint of apple) followed by a rich, sweet and very creamy exhale.
Suggested Steep Time: 2-4 weeks.
After 1-2 weeks of steeping the fullness and body of the creams starts to come through. Although, I do suggest 2-4 weeks for all the flavours to become fully homogenized.
I have tried this recipe with 80% VG and it does work, but IMO I prefer 70/30.
I would love for some feed back on this recipe! I have played around with many different ingredients and percentages and feel that this recipe is close to the real deal, but also different in a really good way. To be honest, I do prefer this version more. The creaminess really rounds out the rich flavours and pulls everything together.
Edit 1:
Initially I had suggested that this is a shake and vape recipe. After having tasted this after weekly intervals for a month and a half I highly suggest letting it steep for minimum 1-2 weeks. If you can wait the 2-4 weeks, do so!
There are a lot of heavy flavor components that really need time to become homogeneous.
OOHHHHH MYYYY is this ever good! You are absolutely right about a shake and vape! I had to sub a couple flavorings and will purchase them to make a big batch of this! Thank you so much! I can taste your effort!
@Chris that you and I'm glad your enjoying it! I am going to adapt the percentages a bit to create more of a balance between the bakery notes and the creams. I want to drop the % of cream by 3% and play around with increasing the cinnamon note. I will post make with results and notes.
Just made this last night, as of this morning it's quite tasty. Want to see how it fares after a couple of days. I've unfortunately not had the original, only milk man.
So I really want to make this, but I don't have a few of the flavors. I want to sub Cookie (FA) with Sugar Cookie (CAP), Cream Fresh (FA) for Sweet Cream (CAP), Graham V2 for V1 Clear, and Toasted Almond (TPA) for Acetyl Pyrazine 5% (TPA).
Could you please tell me what you think with the substitutions? Would they work?
@Shaves The main notes are Cinnamon Danish Swirl and Vanilla Bean Ice Cream. What you will be changing is the background enhancer flavours and what @Burritoclock has stated, I agree with.
Cookie (FA) for Sugar Cookie (CAP): does not quite work. Cookie is here for the crunch and spot on plain cookie note. I would just leave it out completely. In doing so raise Biscuit (INW) from 0.5% to 1%
Graham cracker v2 (CAP) for v1 is an appropriate switch. You can keep the percentages the same as it shouldn't be a noticeable change.
Fresh Cream (FA) for Sweet Cream (CAP) can be substituted but they are different flavours. Fresh cream is straight up no messing around cream. It is light and not sweet and adds a silkiness to the VBIC. If you want more sweetness go ahead and add the Sweet Cream. I would personally omit it completely, as their are enough sweet flavours and the VBIC can be a standalone cream.
Toasted Almond (TPA) for Acetyl Pyrazine (TPA) this is a tricky one. Toasted Almond is a beautiful contribution to this recipe because it works so well with the flavours that are going on. It's nutty profile shines and although Acetyl Pyrazine can also add in a nutty profile it will also bring bready, yeasty and popcorn notes which I don't feel this recipe needs. I would keep the percent between 0.2-0.5%
Keeping in mind that the main profile is Cinnamon Danish Swirl and Vanilla Bean Ice Cream with all these substitutions I think you will be close to what my recipe aims for but it will taste slightly different. Could be really good, let us know!
Wow, I really appreciate the response. A good bit of information to process. I should add that I'm quite new to mixing. Only been doing it for a few weeks. Probably why I didn't quite understand what each flavor brought to the table.
This mix sounds so good, but I don't want to ruin it with y substitutions. I might make a 10ml just to try it out, and if I do, I'll definitely let you know, although I won't have the original recipe to try it side by side with lol.
I really do appreciate the response. I've been looking for the mouthwatering Cinnamon Roll for a while. Best I've found through retail is "The Don" from Oasis. I think I'll give this one a shot, with my subs, and hope it works out. Worst that can happen is I waste 10ml, right? lol
Also, as an update, I have about 10ml left of my original 30ml make and it has steeped for over a month. It has turned to a wonderful unique color, a dark orange/burnt sienna hue. I'm dying to taste it now and see what magic has happened to it.
I have literally all of these flavors except for graham cracker. If I omit this flavor, does it dramatically change the flavor profile? Thanks for sharing this very tempting recipe!
I went into this recipe thinking it would taste like Milkman's Churrios (by the Vaping Rabbit). I was wrong. Although it's not a bad vape, it's not for me :/
Nice recipe. Had to use cap cinnamon Danish and tpa vanilla swirl, changed Apple pie for FA Apple pie. Shake n vape is good but it's going to need a steep to let those creams blend in. Thanks for sharing.
I ran out of vanilla bean ice cream and i have no biscuit would it be possible to incorporate vanilla Swirl or whipped Cream for the ice cream note or pie Crust instead of biscuit?
Im going to whip a batch of this up now and see how it is, don't think ill wait the 2 weeks for steep though, maybe 5 days should be enough... any more and i feel it will kill the apple flavour off
Big churrios fan here but your recipe is great day #1. Can taste the VBIC, apple pie, and cinnamon. Tastes great on the avocado rbta 316l tc single coil. Made 250 ml for my first batch and glad I did.
Iam ordering the flavors from bullcity to try out this recipe. I searched "brown sugar" but i found two brown sugar flavors for TPA one is "brown sugar extra" and the second one is "DX brown sugar", iam not sure which one to get, anyone help me out pick ASAP so i can put the order.
cinnamon danish swirl ,itried to order but my supplier only sells v2 cap.would this b ok to use trying to get all ingredients exact as you have used .i appreciate the diff between the v1 and v2 cap flavours ,i assume you used v1 in this one.thanks keep up your good work.
loved this .it really is nice after 1 week .thank you so much im into pastry flavours and the apple and cinnamon, really balanced recipe.thanks for all your effort on this .keep up good work.thank you.
@VapeOn I have used both v2 and v1 and they both work at the same percent. I prefer the v1 but if you are using v2 make sure you let your mix breath, as v2 contains alcohol that'll need to evaporate
@N you can steep any recipe as short or as long as you'd like. Taste is all very subjective. Although, for my taste preference, I prefer to steep this at a minimum of 2 weeks but after 4 weeks is best, IMO.
@Umutucler I did, from Churrios. I originally set out to clone Churrios by The Vaping Rabbit, but in my attempts to do so, I think I created something original and unique, and thus the idea for a name change.
So... after i rated this recipe on the first day as a 4 out of 10 i have to apologize and say that this recipe deserves a gold medal!!! after a 5 days of stepping it's amazing... so do not try it as a shake and vape!!!
In my short experience with mixing I've noticed that steeping is highly overrated. Maybe a day to let it settle, but any more than that just doesn't seem necessary, this recipe seems to be an exception. I mixed it, vaped it for a couple of days, thought it was alright and then it got left to the wayside for other things. I came back to it after a month and it's WAY better after a long steep. I'm mixing more now so I can enjoy it in a month. Thanks!
As a fellow Canadian, I think I know which canadian ejuice you are attempting to clone.
This is very nice. I am still only 2 days into it and it needs to develop yet. But I think Cardamon might have been used in the retail version I am thinking of.
It's phenomenal and I have yet to find one really close to it.
There is a depth of flavour, even just smelling it that i can't decipher if partly because i am not a mixer. The cinnamon (cardamon?) seems at first to be quite strong, but it really isnt. Have the retail version now and am smelling them back and forth and cant figure it out but I keep thinking there is still one flavour in there that i haven't yet picked up on any of the DIY recipes of this nature. Frustrating.
But this is still a lovely recipe regardless.
Thanks for all the time you have put into it.
I have been m.i.a. for a bit, but I want to say thanks to everyone for the compliments and feedback. I'm happy that others enjoy this as much as I have.
@SS are you thinking it is Churrios? Because it was my intention to try and clone/make something similar to it. In the end it isn't quite Churrios, but it is similar and it does taste quite good. I gave up after countless revisions and ended at this recipe
@Billywilly Toasted almond is more "toast" than almond. It's used to accent the pastry note by adding a burnt/toasted element. Fa Almond does go well with pastry and so I'm sure you could definitely use it or even exclude it but I can't say for certain on what percentage to use or how it will end up. Give it a go and let me know.
Maybe lol, but it could also work against the other flavours. I would just omit it. There is already a lot going on in the recipe as is. You could just make 2 versions, 1 without and 1 with and see which you prefer.
I just added toasted almond tfa and cap to the flavoring order I just placed so I will make it verbatim when I get that flavoring in. Thanks for the reply. Looking forward to whipping up this recipe.
@Ohm Society. Never had Churrios so cant comment. I am thinking of a specific danish pastry ejuice ( dont want to mention its retail name) Anyhow, I am not a mixer but vaping the one that this reminds me of now, against it. Maybe it is CDS but I keep thinking there is a mere touch of something else, almost a red hot addition but so mild it tastes like Danish Pastry but pumped up just a wee bit without overpowering its cinnamon.
In any event, I may not have any idea of what i am talking about though.
I have just been hoping to find one similar and yours is so far the closest I have come.
Thank you.
@SS Interesting, do you know when the ejuice was released? Also, maybe try 1 drop per 15ml of Flavorah's Rich Cinnamon. Stuff is by far the best cinnamon flavouring on the market. No off or discerning flavours, it is what it is, rich, full-bodied and lends itself to bakery flavours.
I'm going to mix this up today but I have a question. In the description you say it has a slight pineapple on the inhale but there's no pineapple in the recipe, where is the pineapple coming from?

This is more like Flawless - Hot Mess, than it is Churrios. Great mix though, I've been mixing this and something similar of my own since you posted it on reddit. Would love if anyone has something more similar to Churrios, or Tenacious Toast by Simply E-Liquid.
@Don FA Apple Pie is more pie than apple and TFA is more apple than pie. Also, it is a lot stronger, I would say 0.5-0.75% or just leave it out and it'll still taste great. Although, it won't have that hint of apple in the background
I'm not sure how this recipe hasn't climbed the rankings more. I have mixed many of the highest rated here and this is right up there with the best. I find it needs atleast a couple of weeks or more to reach its full potential. It's worth the wait. Delicious juice. Thanks for sharing.
@ozric thank you so much for the compliment and I'm happy you are enjoying it! You are quite right, as it does need a steep to reach its full potential.
Update, this stuff is fucking awesome lol, I loved cinapplefritter but this is nicer ha, cinapplefritter I liked without flavorah cinnamon as it made it too harsh imo, but this stuff is super nicer and it's getting a 250-500ml batch made today lol, I used FW cinnamon roll which I find as nice as cappella version
