After teasing the beautiful NaChef I felt it only fair to give a little Argentina respect and make a recipe in his honor. Alfajores are dulce de leche filled cookies, and we used the caramel, vanilla pudding, and cream for this version. Traditionally these cookies are rolled in coconut, hence the coconut here. Adding a little vanilla seemed like a good plan, so French Vanilla comes into play there.
